Pre-Operative Care

Unfortunately, physiotherapy can’t fix everything (yet) and you need to go down a surgical path - Jonathan can help prehab you before surgery to improve outcomes after.

Workplace Injuries

Hurt yourself at work? Jonathan is a SIRA approved physio and will help rehabilitate you and do all the fun paperwork so you can just focus on getting better.

Post-Operative Care

Usually, surgery is only the first stage of a long rehabilitation process, Jonathan can help guide you through this process to ensure the best possible recovery while liaising with your treating surgeon.

You don’t have to be in pain to see a physio, Jonathan can help you with programming to get you performing better at your designated sport or even get you started in the gym if all those machines look intimidating.
